Description
Adding more lift to your 2008-2010 Ford F250/F350 for improved performance, more strength and better ride quality has never been easier! BDS has come through with a 6" radius arm coilover suspension lift. Fine tune the kit to meet your exact needs and enjoy the benefits of a finely tuned suspension! Built for next level performance these coilover conversion systems offer improved all around performance, capability and comfort. At the heart of these kits are a pair of heavy duty replacement radius arms built to withstand whatever abuse you can throw at them. Constructed from 1-3/4" OD -10GA DOM tubing with support gussets, these radius arms are far superior to the factory stamped steel units. They use a high clearance design for extra ground clearance and and additional clearance of oversized tires. They incorporate factory style 3-1/4" rubber bushings to minimize road vibrations and allow for a long, maintenance-free bushing life. The arms bolt into the factory mounting points and utilize a lower cam slot to be used with the provided cam locks to correctly position the front axle and correct caster angle. This system takes performance to the next level with FOX 2.5 Factory Series remote reservoir coilovers. These bolt into place using the supplied mounting brackets and pair with a set of FOX 2.0 performance series gas shocks. To improve steering angles a forged drop pitman arm is supplied with an integrated drag link flip. Used in combination with the 1/4" thick heavy duty track bar drop bracket will position the front axle and keep the track bar angle in phase with the steering for improved handling. Also included for the front suspension are a pair of sway bar relocation brackets, bump stop extensions, brake line relocation brackets and a steering stabilizer mounting bracket. In the rear, BDS supplies either a lift block and longer u-bolts to level the stance or replacement GlideRide leaf springs with integrated overload leaf for great all around capability and limit any potential axle wrap. Also included are rear u-bolts, rear brake line relocation bracket and FOX 2.0 performance series gas shocks. As with all kits these include all hardware and step-by-step instructions to complete the install. The coilovers are pre-tuned for optimal performance and are available with optional DSC adjustment. These bolt into place using the supplied mounting brackets and pair with a set of FOX 2.0 performance series gas shocks. Fox 2.5 Series Coil-Overs - These shocks are built on the foundation of the Fox Factory Series 2.5 Remote Coil-over and have been designed to work with BDS lift systems. The coil-overs come preloaded with Eibach coil springs and are adjusted to achieve the proper ride height right out of the box. Steering Stabilizer Options: Dual NX2 Nitro Series: Is one stabilizer not enough? Then upgrade to a dual steering stabilizer setup which gives further enhanced vehicle control and lessens side-to-side motion to a greater effect. Heavy off-roading requires a heavy suspension that can handle it but can still be smooth on asphalt. Dual FOX 2.0 Performance Series: Taking things even further is the dual FOX 2.0 setup. Built to last from the top up this performance setup will enhance control, reduce shimmy and bump steer, and improve tire wear and front-end component life. Protect your investment and smooth out your rough spots before they leave you figuratively hanging. Carrier Bearing Drop Kit A 2-piece rear drive shaft will require some extra work as the geometry of your drive system will now have some added stress. We recommend adding this carrier bearing drop to avoid any potential driveline vibration with the added lift height. Front Adjustable HD Track Bar These new track bars are a massive upgrade to the factory unit, constructed from 1-3/8? solid steel stock reinforced with gusseted ends to handle whatever on-road and off-road abuse you can through at it. Adjustments are made at the 1-3/8-12 fine threaded center turnbuckle with pinchbolt ends to allow easy tuning to properly recenter the front axle for a range of lift heights. The track bar is formed for proper clearance around critical front end components and is designed to easy installation without the need to clearance the factory frame and axle mounts. Both ends use high-durometer polyurethane bushings with thick-walled steel sleeves for strength and reliability. Parts come with a high quality textured black powdercoat finish for a great look and excellent corrosion resistance. The are designed for use on 0-3" of lift and can be used in combination with most aftermarket track bar brackets to be used on taller lift heights. Sway Bar Link Kit This heavy-duty replacement sway bar links are designed specifically for lifted applications. These sway bar links are designed to correct the sway bar operating angle for improved performance for use on any lift kits.

IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTES:
  • Removal of the factory block is required.
  • Installation of the rear block kit will result in a "pre-runner" look with the rear of the vehicle 2" lower than the front. To get a level stance you must upgrade to the rear leaf spring option.
  • These trucks were manufactured with and without top mounted overload springs on the rear leaf springs. A top mounted overload is an extra leaf separate from the pack that set above the main leaf. You will need to identify which you have before ordering.
  • If your vehicle is equipped with a carrier bearing, you will need to order 123402 in the options section.
  • Although extremely rare, front driveline vibration may occur.
  • Front exhaust modification may be required to clear the front driveshaft on gas models.
  • U-bolts will not fit dually models.
  • Dropped pitman arm will not fit 10 lug wide track F350 models.

BDS Suspension was started in 1996 by a business group who felt it was past time to create a suspension company that truly had the best interest of the off road consumer as its' foundation. With over 45 combined years experience with other major suspension companies, both buying and selling, the individuals that would make up the BDS name were frustrated by the lack of quality and the unwillingness to make things right by these 4x4 companies. Too often, the standard protocol was that a broken or damaged part from another manufacturer was denied warranty because of abuse or neglect. For BDS, its simple, if it breaks, they'll replace it, and that is the motto in which they have based their entire warranty off of. So, they welcome you, try and break it, if you do, they'll replace it and probably try to determine a way to increase the rigidity of the product to ensure it never happens again.
