WrenchConnected is an independent installation marketplace operating in partnership with Diesel Power Products.
After checkout, we route your vehicle info and part SKU to verified installation shops near you. Local installers review the job and submit competitive bids; you pick the shop you want based on price, reviews, and availability. Your name and email stay private until you select an installer.
You pay for the bid from your preferred shop. The full amount is shown before you confirm — installers cannot add charges without your written consent. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
During bidding, shops see only your service ZIP code, vehicle year/make/model, and the part SKU — not your name, email, or address. Only the shop you select receives your contact details after payment. We never sell your personal information.

ATS Diesel Performance, based out of Arvada, Colorado, is a diesel performance manufacturing company that designs, engineers, and manufactures upgraded transmission components, valve bodies, patented heavy-duty torque converters, exhaust and intake manifolds, electronics, turbochargers, dual CP3 injection pumps, and more for Cummins, Powerstroke, and Duramax powered diesel trucks. Operating out of a humongous 110,000 square foot facility in the heart of the Rocky Mountains allows ATS to keep operations in-house, as opposed to overseas sourcing, and then grueling test their products at altitude and through grades and descents that would make other companies think twice. From full-time RV users who travel nonstop to high-horsepower competition-based vehicles, ATS has the answers.
ATS DIESEL TRANSMISSIONSClint Cannon and Ranee Elder founded Automotive Transmission Specialists in 1993. At that time, the company specialized in transmission repair for all types of vehicles. In 1997, the company "Performance Torque Converters" was founded, and they started doing torque converter rebuilds in-house. Bringing the capability of building torque converters in-house gave them more flexibility to service their racing customers. As the popularity of diesel trucks grew and more people became aware of the power upgrades available for their diesels, problems with diesel transmissions emerged.
Clint started research and development into a more robust torque converter to address the transmission issues. It was discovered that a clutch pack design was the answer to providing a robust torque converter. The development of the TripleLok Torque Converter and the company's focus on Diesel Performance products resulted in a rename of the company to ATS Diesel Performance.
By having their foot in the door before most, it allowed ATS Diesels transmission upgrades to grow with the demands of diesel trucks, putting them at the forefront of reliability. Fortunately for us, Clint didn't stop with transmissions and began to explore and refine upgraded turbochargers, intake and exhaust manifolds, and anything else to generate additional power with the ever-present mindset of maintaining powertrain reliability.
ATS Diesel products are proudly made in the USA.Overall rating: 5.0 / 5 from 6 reviews.

"Ordered it on the 23rd had it on the 26th! I say that’s pretty dang fast shipping! Had it in that night! Super easy to do! Had a hard time trying to get my stock turbo out! Runs like a beast! Really opened the truck up and gave it all the power back plus some! Super impressed!"
"I bought this turbo because my factory VGT turbo was going out. I called and spoke with someone over the phone and they told me how this turbo is a direct bolt-on replacement of my factory turbo. They also brought to my attention that this turbo has a 5yr warranty vs others with a much shorter warranty, so I felt very comfortable making this purchase. Regardless of the PITA of getting the factory turbo out, I am more than please with this Aurora 4000 VFR. I also installed the Banks intercooler pipes, grid heater delete and Monster Ram intake horn, and AFE Magnum intake all at the same time. Though I can't speak for how this turbo performs when doing only a factory swap. I can say though with my setup, it spools up quickly, sounds healthy (very noticeable change), the exhaust brake works great, and it functions the same as a stock when it comes to cold morning warm-ups with the exhaust brake on. I would definitely recommend this turbo to anyone! Thanks for the helpful advice DPP!"
"Turbo is great luv the smooth power it provided"
"VGT vs ECM will seldomly match in these trucks with a turbo r/r. Get the tool to reset the VGT after instal, before cranking and off ya go. Do yourself a favor and cap off the inlet on the air housing and get a oil catch can."
"This turbo is a beast. Now I want more power! This is nice and smooth, not to loud but you can barely hear it in the cab. But if you roll down your windows you can hear it. That's with after market airbox."
