Buy them from Alpharex
"I made the mistake of buying them from here. After six weeks the passenger side light failed. Then diesel power products told me to go to Alpha Rex, who then told me to go back to diesel power products and it was back-and-forth for a whole week. Once I finally got to the warranty department of diesel power products I was then told would take not only did. I have to ship my lights out first and make my truck undrivable, it would also take 7 to 21 days after it was received to get it processed and send out replacements. I spoke to Alpha Rex, who said that in this situation they send out replacements first so that the customer can use the packaging from the replacements to send the broken ones back in. The whole process was migraine inducing and now I probably won’t have lights on my truck for a month or a month and a half. When I asked if they could send replacements first, instead of contacting Alpha Rex, they just went on the Alpha Rex website and quoted the policy that does not actually reflect what Alpharex does. I didn’t get a shipping label to send them back until today (10/25/2024) after a whole lot of hassle and back-and-forth. After this experience, I will not be using diesel power products now or ever again I hope I have enlightened somebody to go buy whatever they want from the actual manufacture of the product, because if you need a warranty replacement diesel power products will make it as painful as possible to get your replacement."
