This 4.5" System for your Ford Super Duty is one the best riding suspension systems ICON has ever developed. This system has been engineered using the highest quality materials and components. The front Dual-Rate coils-springs combined with the ICON 2.5" Piggy-Back shocks give these trucks the performance they so desperately need. The Stage 3 kit has the ability to handle anything the average truck owner will put their truck through......with ease, making the ride feel like you're cruising down the highway. Yet there again, this system will even make the day-to-day commutes a comfortable, smooth ride, eliminating any pot holes or expansion joints you encounter. This system comes complete with front coils, shocks, radius arm drop down brackets, rear blocks and u-bolts and ICON's Adjustable Track bar with bearing upgrade giving the front end of these trucks perfect track alignment.
