"Definitely woke the truck up a little bit, little more power and with better acceleration and throttle response. Setting 1 didn’t do much other than better throttle response, 2 and 3 definitely make a difference. 3 I like to call the giggle switch makes my truck smoke quite a bit when you lay your foot on it, 2 seems perfect for cruising and general driving. Have a Fass DRP, RV275 injector with . 084 stepped up size injector lines and a Hot Rod VP44. Only took about half hour too install other than mounting the switch haven’t figured out where to put it yet."

good mpg other two settings are. . .

"Getting 18 mpg avg on setting 3 with fass 100gph and stock injection pump on 99 24v. other settings are a bit of a waste as no difference in economy is noticed. Maybe in towing they are. Only runs at 16 psi boost max with fleece cheetah turbo on setting 3. Too bad the EZ can't come with setting 1, 3, and a hotter tune for fun."

Will this work on a 6speed manual transmission truck
Yes, definitely, it will work great. Just make sure to select your proper model year from the options on this page and it will work whether you have the 47RE automatic, 5 speed, or 6 speed manual.
I have a 2000 Dodge Ram 2500 and my I’d like to buy one of these but I’m weary that my transmission might not take well to it. Is that the case?
The Edge EZ has not shown to have any issues with transmissions no. Higher HP tuners certainly can but that is a very mild one. Some upgrades can be beneficial even in stock power level like a shift kit and deeper pan. -Sands
Is the Edge EZ for 02 Dodge Cummins CARB compliant? And if it is what is the difference between the older ones? I have one on my truck now that I purchased in 03 or 04.
Yes they are CARB Compliant. Main difference in the early VS late is the later models use a 3 position switch to change power levels. Some of the older units had to be changed on the module. The tuning is a little better and cleaner as well. -Sands

hi, I have an edge products tunner for my 2001 24v 6 speed 5.9 cummins that was on it when I purchased the truck. im trying to find outmore about it. says on here that it can change 3 different power levels. but how do I do that since theres no screen or anything?
The older versions you would need to take the cover off the end of the module and manually change it. Newer version would have a 3 position toggle switch to go from 1-3.-Sands
