Description
Upgrading your factory rear shocks is one of the easiest ways to improve your RAM 2500/3500 HD’s ride on the street and off-road. ICON Vehicle 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks deliver outstanding performance while keeping a smooth, controlled ride, even on lifted trucks. These shocks are application-specific in both length and damping tune and are 100% rebuildable and revalveable for long-term durability and customization. For lifted trucks, ICON’s piggyback and remote reservoir shocks feature a 6061 billet aluminum manifold creating an internal "Bump Zone," adding up to 20% more damping to prevent harsh bottom outs. CDCV shocks include an externally adjustable Compression Damping Control Valve with 10 levels of compression for a more user-defined ride. Both the 2.5 VS Piggyback and 2.5 VS Piggy/CDCV shocks fit lifted RAM 2500/3500 HDs with 2-3” rear lifts. Choose Piggyback for proven durability or CDCV for adjustable tuning, both provide heavy-duty, off-road-ready performance with a smooth, controlled ride. 2.5 VS Piggyback Shocks (Pair) Internal "Bump Zone" adds 20% more damping to prevent harsh bottom-outs Piggyback reservoir design improves heat dissipation for consistent performance 100% Rebuildable and Revalveable for long-term durability and customization 2.5 VS Piggy/CDCV Shocks, (Pair) Externally adjustable Compression Damping Control Valve (CDCV) with 10 levels of compression for a custom ride Includes all Piggyback features: Bump Zone and reservoir design for heat control and smooth performance 100% Rebuildable and Revalveable for long-term adjustment and performance tuning

About ICON Vehicle Dynamics
ICON Vehicle Dynamics is a premiere performance suspension manufacturer specializing in aftermarket suspension components for trucks, SUVs and off road suspension development. The companys business is customer-driven, technology-influenced, engineering-oriented and focuses on world-class manufacturing processes and techniques. Led by head engineer and SCORE champion driver Dylan Evans, ICON Vehicle Dynamics has the unique qualities to design and build the highest quality suspension components and test them in both real world applications as well as race conditions.

ICON is often asked how they develop such revolutionary performance suspension systems. The answer might surprise you. Their engineers actually start by determining a desired outcome of the vehicle they are working on. By studying forces and their effect on the vehicle in motion (Vehicle Dynamics) they are able to determine what improvements can be made. They determine how they can improve drivability of the vehicle, how to improve the handling characteristics and what changes can be made to improve the vehicle in real world situations. The end result of all this study is the highest quality and performing suspension products in the world. What also sets ICON products apart is our incredible commitment of time and energy dedicated to both ride development and testing. From vehicle dynamic theory to our years of experience and involvement in off road racing, rock crawling and just about anything you can do with a vehicle on or off the road. ICON engineers are in control and the driving force of the entire product line and manufacturing processes. This is made possible because all of their laser cutting, metal forming, CNC machining, welding and assembly is done in house.
