Description
Not just a pretty face! Sure, it does look good being built out of a 20 pound solid block of 6061 aluminum, but what's inside is what really matters. The Adrenaline features a dual ball bearing cartridge, larger swash plate, and longer stroke coupled with numerous other upgrades that delivers a reliable pump capable of supporting larger displacement injectors and tuning. This Adrenaline HPOP is a bolt in replacement billet aluminum housing High Pressure Oil Pump for the 2003-2004 6.0L Powerstroke engines. There are HEAVY DUTY upgrades to the internals in addition to the billet housing. The 6.0 Adrenaline was first introduced built in the stock housings and has been running in trucks since April of 2009, but because of the design flaw of the stock housings, it was later determined that the best option would be to build the entire casing of billet. It will be an improvement in performance over your stock pump for stock or larger injectors, up to a conventional 270cc and 300+cc set of hybrid injectors. 36 MONTH UNLIMITED WARRANTY: The 6.0 Adrenaline pump has proven rock solid enough that it comes with a full 24 month unlimited warranty. This warranty covers anything short of abuse, tampering, and obvious physical damage. Warranties are VOID on any pump that has been tampered with. IMPORTANT NOTES: The pump will be shipped to you with a gear assembled on the unit. You MUST send back your gear and gear bolt for a core to be accepted. No gear means no core charge return. This is a relatively complicated installation for the do-it-yourselfer. If you are not familiar with the procedure, we recommend having a professional installation facility perform the upgrade. Installation instructions are not included as it is presumed you know how to replace the HPOP. Does NOT include engine cover gasket

High output 6. 0

"Had my motor built using top notch parts and this pump was among the build and I will say it paired great with the rest of the parts. Thanks for making high performance parts reliable and quality. I paired it with KDD ported aluminum O ring heads and stage 2 cam just to name a few parts, thanks again"

Ok Pump

"Installed the Adrenaline High Pressure, High Volume Oil Pump in my 2003 F350 6. 0L truck. Running 155/stock nozzle injectors with a stage 1 KC Turbo. Not Real impressed with it, my stock oil pump, pumped higher oil pressure then the Adrenaline. Not saying it’s not a good pump, but had I known my oil pressure would drop, don’t think I would have changed it. Replaced all O-rings on oil system prior to install, system has no leaks, just not real impressed with pump. From what I read online, I should be seeing High oil pressure."

Ok Pump, Update

"After my initial review, I discovered that my IPR valve was plugged with debris from the outside of the engine bay. I watched all the videos where they stressed the importance of keeping the engine bay clean before removing the HPOP cover. What I thought was clean was not good enough. I discredited the Adrenaline HPOP as having less pressure then my stock pump. Prior to installation, stock HPOP was between 550-625 psi at idle. With the new HPOP and a plugged IPR screen, the truck still started and had pressure of 650 psi. After cleaning the IPR screen, I have pressures between 825-875 psi. I drove the truck but could not get the pressure above 1,325 psi, I knew I had another issue somewhere in the system. I took the HPOP apart again, unbolted the "J" tube from the top of the HPOP and the "J" tube fell to the side of the pump. Some how the retaining ring in the "J" tube failed allowing it to pull away from the high pressure oil branch tub. The reason for this update was to show this little HPOP's ability to pump oil through the system with a plugged IPR screen and a disconnected "J" tube. There should have been no why that the trucked started let alone driving it down the freeway. I stand corrected, this little pump, pumps oil like no other!"

A must have for the early 6. 0

"Great pressure, can withstand heavy tuning and 270cc injectors no problem."

If this pump holds up i would buy again, if it fails, no

"Installed this pump after trying 3 others that failed. So far so good, truck running great. Price is hard to swallow but if it stays together it may be worth it,time will tell."
