Description
If you've leveled or lifted your SuperDuty and haven't upgraded the track bar, your truck is not properly aligned. This misalignment is caused from the triangulation of the front end, meaning your axle is shifted to one side more than the other, so it can't track straight. This direct replacement from BDS is not only adjustable, allowing you to properly recenter your axle, but built substantially stronger than the stock unit, eliminating any flex that would otherwise occur. BDS doesn't waste their time building inferior products. If you use, maybe even abuse, your Ford, this track bar will take it, and its backed by BDS's no fine print warranty. Constructed from 1-3/8" solid steel stock, the track bar features fine threads and a pinch bolt style center turnbuckle to allow superior clamping and easy adjustment with the track bar installed on the vehicle. The track bar is formed to mimic the OE shape for proper clearance and will fit both stock and lifted vehicles that use the original track bar mounts and/or drop brackets. The ends come machined, fully welded and gusseted for added strength. At the frame end, the bar uses greaseable, high-durometer polyurethane bushings for quiet operation. On the axle side you'll find a heavy duty ball joint pre-installed for quick easy installation.

About BDS Suspension

BDS Suspension was started in 1996 by a business group who felt it was past time to create a suspension company that truly had the best interest of the off road consumer as its' foundation. With over 45 combined years experience with other major suspension companies, both buying and selling, the individuals that would make up the BDS name were frustrated by the lack of quality and the unwillingness to make things right by these 4x4 companies. So, they set out to create a suspension company that would be the best and made a list of the things they felt were not right and made it their mission to correct them.

One of the most important of these wrongs they were looking to right were that of other companies warranties. Too often, the standard protocol was that a broken or damaged part from another manufacturer was denied warranty because of abuse or neglect. For BDS, its simple, if it breaks, they'll replace it, and that is the motto in which they have based their entire warranty off of. So, they welcome you, try and break it, if you do, they'll replace it and probably try to determine a way to increase the rigidity of the product to ensure it never happens again.

BDS LIFT KITS

While most people whom have heard of BDS Suspension automatically think of "lift kits," that ony touches on the wide variety of suspension and steering related products that BDS offers. BDS understands that not everyone is after a complete lift kit, but still after the quality BDS products bring to the table. Some of our most popular products from BDS are replacement adjustable track bars and dual steering stabilizer kits that in many instances can be installed on a completely stock truck, or one that's leveled or lifted. Other popular "non lift kit" parts are leveling kits that include upgraded shocks, progressive rate coil springs, heavy duty control or radius arms, and even leaf springs.

Bad bushings

"Bushing are making noice after the 1st week of usage"

BDS track bar

"I should have bought one for the last 4 SuperDuty trucks I lifted. You can adjust the front axle with your hands before tightening the allen screws. Feels much more stout than the factory track bar."

Adjustable Track Bar

"Purchased a new BDS 8 in lift 6 years ago for my 2011 ford f250truck has never been taken off road or abused in any way hit a pot hole and the BDS adj track bar snapped into and I had no control of my steering after examining the breakage it was a faulty track bar from the factory poor casting after contacting BDS and showing pics of the breakage they refused to do anything about it I hope no one else has one of these faulty track bars under their vehicle because this could have killed somebody if I had been on the highway"

I received the bds track

"I received the bds track bar about a month ago. When I got home, the track bar was hanging completely out of the box. When I open the box the track bar was all scraped up And missing the bushings. They did send me a new set of bushings, but couldn’t do anything about the scraped up track bar"

Q&A

Hello. I have a 2017 F 350 with the BDS 4in lift. The bushing where the adjustable track bar bolts to the frame is worn out and making noise. How do i go about getting a new bushing? Tks
We should be able to get one ordered for you if you call in or you could reach out to BDS directly.
I ordered a 2 leveling kit a while back it was a bds came with caster shims track bar relocation bracket the two 2 blocks and all 4 fox shocks i noticed that in certain road dips and bumps my front end would bottom out specially driver side thinking it was the shocks i swapped them out with ranchos the problem continues the next thing i can think of is the bracket that was provided with leveling kit is the problem and my axle is still off just a little bit im thinking of putting oem bracket back on but ordering this trackbar to see if it solves the bottoming out issue what do yall suggest?
I would look and see if you can see any witness marks from things hitting. But I would recommend removing the brackets and getting an upgraded track bar for sure. -Sands
Can your adjustable track bar be used with stock height 2018 F350? Can it be adjusted to equal the length of the OEM unit? Others are approx. 3/4"" too long.
These as noted are designed to be adjustable between 0-4"" of lift, or used in combination with a track bar bracket for larger lift kits. -AW
