Description

Don't just lift your Powerstroke, treat it to a suspension makeover for an improved ride coupled with the added ride height by upgrading with this 4" lift kit from Zone. This system delivers you all of the components to lift your Ford the right way utilizing replacement front coils, radius arm drops, new track bar, and more! The revolutionary Zone 4" system features new front coil springs that are designed to not only ride great, but will hold up over the long haul. A 1-1/2" solid steel track bar is included to properly center the axle after lifting. This track bar features new oversized, high-durometer urethane bushings for long term performance. The optional shocks were custom valved to work perfectly with the new Zone coil springs to increase off road performance while still offering unmatched on road ride quality. The rear kit comes with 5" blocks to replace your factory blocks so there is not stacking of blocks when you are in the Zone. This reduces rear axle wrap compared to other similar systems on the market. With the front replacement track bar and the rear block kit, this system is one of the easiest installations on the market for a 4" system. Shock Options: NX2 Nitro Series Shocks - NX2 series gas shocks offer impressive performance on and offroad. They use a nitrogen-charged, twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving for lightning-fast dampening and superior control. FOX 2.0 Performance Series Shocks - FOX 2.0 performance series shocks have been tuned and tested by both FOX and ZONE Suspension to maximize performance specific to each application and every ZONE Suspension system. The Internal Floating Piston (IFP) shock design is based on proven Fox Racing Shocks race products but re-designed to maximize the ride quality, handling, and control of your ZONE-equipped truck, whether on or off the road. Carrier Bearing Drop Kit A 2-piece rear drive shaft will require some extra work as the geometry of your drive system will now have some added stress. We recommend adding this carrier bearing drop to avoid any potential driveline vibration with the added lift height.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Removal of the factory rear block is required. Net rear height gain will vary based on size of the factory block, but will result in a level stance.
If equipped with a 2-piece rear drive shaft, then a carrier bearing drop kit may be required. It is available in the optional accessories (part # F5401).
Although extremely rare, front and/or rear drive line vibration may occur.
