Fleece Regulated Return Fuel Distribution Block Kit for 07.5-18 Ram 6.7L Cummins

Description

The Fleece Performance Cummins Regulated Return Fuel Distribution block takes their standard fuel distribution block to the next level by fully integrating a high flow pressure regulator. This feature in combination with high flow aftermarket electric fuel pumps without built in pressure regulation provides more consistent fuel pressure at the CP3 injection pump.It also has one additional return line port, and one additional feed line port. The additional return line port allows you to remove the factory fuel pressure relief valve hard line and fuel injector return galley hard line to provide clearance for high flow side draft intakes, common on competition engines. The two feed line ports allow you to run two lift pumps to ensure you always have enough fuel volume. Metric straight thread to AN fittings and hose are included to replace the aforementioned hard lines and plumb those returns to the regulated return distribution block (NOTE this kit does not include 1/2" (-8AN) or 3/8" (-6AN) fuel line to feed the distribution block or return to the tank). There is also a 0-60 psi pressure gauge included to allow for quick visual checks of fuel pressure set-point. Regulation pressure is preset at 20 psi, which is optimal for high RPM CP3 pump operation. Additional regulation pressures can be easily obtained by swapping the internal regulator spring. READ CAUTIONS PRIOR TO INSTALLATION NOTE: This kit is designed to be used with a 6.7L rail and (2) 6.7L CP3 pumps. It will work on a 5.9L block as long as a 6.7L rail and (2) 6.7L CP3 pumps are used. TIMELINE OF FLEECE PERFORMANCE ENGINEERING:

2008: Fleece Performance Engineering was established in North Salem, IN by Brayden and Chase Fleece. Both had a passion for continuously innovating and improving upon products already on the market. Brayden's 2004.5 LLY Duramax became the test bed to develop the TurboBrake and Duramax Cheetah, while Chase's 2002 Cummins was one of the first Cummins pickups to integrate an Allison Transmission.
2012: Fleece Performance upgrades both facility and location by relocating to Nitro Alley in Brownsburg, IN situated among some of the top racing leaders in the world.
2014: Fleece Performance acquires the area's premier engine machine shop, Freedom Racing Engines. The acquisition enables Fleece Performance to expand the engine development program and product offerings. Today, Fleece Performance and Freedom Racing Engines build some of the most competitive engines in the industry.
2018: Fleece Performance breaks ground on a new 75,000 sq. ft. facililty in Pittsboro, IN.
2019: Fleece Performance and Freedom Racing Engines relocates to its new facility in Pittsboro, IN. The all new headquarters provides additional space for product development, production and work areas, assembly and testing, a larger warehouse, as well as four engine dynamometers, and two-story office space.
2020: Fleece Performance receives ISO9001:2015 Certification.
2021: Fleece Performance Engineering was voted as one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.
2022: Fleece Performance Engineering was voted again as one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.
