Description
Don't let a lack of available fueling limit the power potential of your 6.7L Cummins! Upgrade with this dual CP3 kit from HS Motorsports for consistent delivery without over pressurization. Please select your desired pulley color from the options below:Unlike most dual pump kits on the market, the HS Motorsports kit features a TRUE dual rail feed solution. With this system, the secondary CP3 pump feeds the back of the fuel rail independently to ensure that the high pressure fuel lines do not become a restriction at any engine RPM or power level. This also allows the factory CP3 pump and high pressure line to remain in the stock configuration. This unique pump mounting system positions the secondary CP3 pump low and the serpentine belt is routed in such a way that it maintains optimal surface contact for the secondary CP3 pump and the factory power steering pump. Even with a standard "stock" pump, this system is easily capable of 800+ RWHP worth of high pressure fuel supply! But that's the beauty of this particular kit, as it does not include a secondary pump, thus if you're in need of more fueling than what a stock pump can supply, you can upgrade with a high output pump, such as the 10mm Stroker Pump form HS Motorsports, to be used in conjunction with this dual kit. Whether you are going to be using a stock pump, or a modified, this kit is designed to work with a Cummins 6.7L CP3 for proper fitment and application. The key to ensuring the longevity of any high pressure fuel pump is by providing the high pressure fuel system with clean, waterless diesel fuel. Any fuel contamination that reaches the high pressure fuel system can be detrimental to reliability and performance. HS highly recommends using a FASS, AirDog, or similar lift pump for proper filtration and water-separation. If you are looking for the ultimate in high pressure fuel supply, look no further than the HS Motorsports Dual High Pressure Fuel system. IMPORTANT NOTES: You must use an aftermarket lift pump with this product. AirDog and FASS are the two most commonly used This product may not work with portions of the EGR system installed Custom engine tuning may be required depending on other modifications

About H&S Motorsports
H&S Motorsports is a company based in St. George, Utah that is driven towards finding short comings in a vehicle's factory construction that becomes a limiting factor in power and/or reliability, and upgrading these ailments. The crew at HSM are undoubtedly extremely passionate and dedicated towards diesel performance.

However, its not just about building power, its about building additional reliability at the same time. For instance, their intercooler pipe upgrade for 6.7L Powerstrokes is a great solution for the failure prone factory plastic unit that are equipped on these trucks from the factory. While this product may not add an additional 100 horsepower to your truck, it solves a widely known issue that can not only limit your power building potential, but could also leave you stranded on the side of the road.

Conversely, products such as their dual high pressure fuel kit for LML Duramax's immediately add power when paired with other fueling upgrades, as the single factory CP4 injection pump is a major limiting factor on these trucks when trying to build power levels above stock. And because you're adding a second pump to the system, it makes the factory pump work at a much lower load level, meaning it will also last substantially longer.
