Description
The factory governor springs in your P7100 injection pump slow the fueling as RPM's begin to climb, leading to a loss of power when you need it most. This package from Dynomite Diesel includes components to allow fueling to either 3,000 RPM or 4,000 RPM, depending on the springs you install. While all 12 valves can benefit from these springs, manual transmission trucks will especially notice a difference between gears, as these will not allow the fueling to drop off so hard when shifting, making the transition much smoother. Dynomite Diesel most recommends installing the 4,000 springs into a 215 or modified 180 pump. With the 4K springs, it is also recommended to install heavy duty valve springs. Further, you should check your fuel supply pressure at wide open throttle with use of the 4K springs, and you should maintain 20PSI or greater at all times.

About Dynomite Diesel
DDP DIESEL PRODUCTS

Dynomite Diesel was originally founded in 2000 as a fuel injection supply and repair company based out of Washington State by then and now owner Lenny Reed. Over the years, the goals and priorities of DDP would shift away from the repair side of their business and towards fuel injection modification and manufacturing. Today, many of the most reputable high horsepower diesel race truck owners are fueled by a set of Dynomite Diesels Super Mental series injectors, whether its a Cummins, Duramax, or Powerstroke.

DYNOMITE DIESEL INJECTORS & MORE

Now, what really separates a Dynomite Diesel fuel injector from their competition? Many would argue that it comes down to time spent and the materials and tools utilized by DDP to get the job done. Each set of fuel injectors are precisely modified using state of the art machinery and matched as a single set to eliminate any unnecessary deviation that can occur in batch production. Further, Dynomite Diesel spends countless hours testing and measuring various samples, using bore scopes to inspect and measure their modified injectors at the micron level and so many other details that the naked eye simply cannot detect. Lenny and his team are continually testing new methods to create efficiency in fuel combustion. While many would presume this only means fuel economy (MPGs), rather, anytime that more fuel can be turned into power, efficiency is created, as well as net power gained, and exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) reduced. And for the final touch, each DDP injector is engraved with their logo to ensure you know youre getting a quality Dynomite Diesel product.

Whether youre building a high horsepower sled puller or youre like most and simply want some added power for pulling your equipment or travel trailer without causing any unwanted side effects such as black smoke or high EGTs, upgrading with a set of Dynomite Diesel injectors is an upgrade we stand behind.
