Description

Get maximum lift on your GM truck with this full 7" lift kit by BDS. More lift means more options for tires, improved ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection. This kit includes all you need to get your truck set up right with clearance up to 35" tires. This unique High Clearance suspension lift kit utilizes high arched crossmembers that blend perfectly with the angle of the factory installed lower control arms for a completely integrated look while lifting your vehicle a full seven inches, dramatically increasing ground clearance at the front crossmembers and improving operating geometry. Torsion bars are mounted directly to the top of the lower A-arm, eliminating the need to drop the torsion bar crossmember. A front skid plate and differential skid plate come standard, to lock everything together, creating a nearly indestructible sub frame for extreme off road protection. The rear is lifted with a flat 5" block for easy installation. Upgrade to Glide-Ride Leaf Springs for reduced axle wrap and more control while towing. This highly customizable kit gives you the choices you need to build your rig your way. Standard or narrow track knuckles, gas shocks, and recoil traction bar kit are just a few of the options and upgrades available for this 7" Chevy/GMC suspension lift kit. Track Width Option This BDS Kit has two different knuckle designs available: standard knuckle and narrow track. The standard knuckle does not affect the turning radius while widening the track width meanwhile the narrow track will increase the turning radius. Rear Lift Option Choose between a 5" Block Kit or Leaf Springs for your rear lift. Leaf Springs will maintain factory payload weight ratings and keep a more stable feel. Shock Option Choose between NX2 Nitro Series Shocks or the FOX 2.0 Performance Series for your kit. The NX2 Nitro Series comes with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving and a tough twin-tube design. FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks are race-developed to perform under high performance situations. Narrow Track with Leaf Springs does not have a NX2 Nitro Option. Recoil Traction Bar Option Add on a Recoil Traction Bar Kit to improve stability of your ride. If you are going with leaf springs it's important to reduce axle wrap in high-torque situations. Using traction bars gives you constant traction throughout and a smoother overall ride.

Track Width Option

This BDS Kit has two different knuckle designs available: standard knuckle and narrow track. The standard knuckle does not affect the turning radius while widening the track width meanwhile the narrow track will increase the turning radius.

About BDS Suspension

BDS Suspension was started in 1996 by a business group who felt it was past time to create a suspension company that truly had the best interest of the off road consumer as its' foundation. With over 45 combined years experience with other major suspension companies, both buying and selling, the individuals that would make up the BDS name were frustrated by the lack of quality and the unwillingness to make things right by these 4x4 companies. So, they set out to create a suspension company that would be the best and made a list of the things they felt were not right and made it their mission to correct them.

One of the most important of these wrongs they were looking to right were that of other companies warranties. Too often, the standard protocol was that a broken or damaged part from another manufacturer was denied warranty because of abuse or neglect. For BDS, its simple, if it breaks, they'll replace it, and that is the motto in which they have based their entire warranty off of. So, they welcome you, try and break it, if you do, they'll replace it and probably try to determine a way to increase the rigidity of the product to ensure it never happens again.

While most people whom have heard of BDS Suspension automatically think of "lift kits," that ony touches on the wide variety of suspension and steering related products that BDS offers. BDS understands that not everyone is after a complete lift kit, but still after the quality BDS products bring to the table. Some of our most popular products from BDS are replacement adjustable track bars and dual steering stabilizer kits that in many instances can be installed on a completely stock truck, or one that's leveled or lifted. Other popular "non lift kit" parts are leveling kits that include upgraded shocks, progressive rate coil springs, heavy duty control or radius arms, and even leaf springs.
