Description
Dynomite's 50 horsepower injector nozzles are notorious for providing a very noticeable increase in power, and typically in MPG's as well, while being extremely clean out the tailpipe. The obvious main advantage to only replacing the nozzles, versus the entire injector, is price. As long as your existing injectors are in good condition with minimal wear, upgrading your nozzles can be a very cost effective way of getting the same benefits as a complete injector, but at a fraction of the cost. No other upgrade on a Dodge Common Rail can provide the stump pulling torque that a set of Dynomite Diesel injector nozzles can. Some of the electronic boxes available today can actually crack your injectors, causing thousands of dollars in repair bills. Be confident that you have a mechanical change that will add reliable power, without the headaches. If reduced smoke, more power, and better mileage are what you are after, then you have come to the right place. Dynomite Diesel 50 HP injector nozzles have been used on trucks making over 600 horsepower on fuel only. If you are looking for a mild upgrade with the potential to make great power with minimal smoke, then these are the way to go. Included with your nozzles is a nozzle removal tool to help you change your nozzles. This tool gets clamped in a vise and holds the injector so you can easily remove the nozzle. Also included are full color instructions and a set of copper washers.Dynomite Diesel K-Factor Injector Nozzles – Precision. Performance. Power. When it comes to injector nozzles, it’s not just about how much fuel you can dump, it’s about how efficiently you can deliver it. That’s where Dynomite Diesel’s K-Factor technology sets itself apart from the pack. Most aftermarket nozzles rely on standard EDM machining, quick, cheap, and dirty. But Dynomite Diesel isn’t “most.” Instead of stopping at EDM, they take it further with Advanced Flow Machining (AFM) and precision honing that smooths out imperfections, polishes internal surfaces, and radii the inlet of each orifice. The result? Clean, consistent spray patterns that make more usable power, not just smoke and heat. Why K-Factor Nozzles Matter: Removes Flow Restriction at Orifice Entrance: Eliminates the natural low-pressure zone where fuel enters the orifice, allowing smoother and faster flow. Better Fuel Atomization: Fine mist = cleaner burn. That means less black smoke, lower EGTs, and more bang per drop of fuel. Delivers More Fuel at Same Pressure: Pushes more volume through a smaller hole, yes, really. It’s about optimized shape, not just size. Reduces Turbulence: Smoother internal geometry minimizes swirl and pressure loss inside the nozzle, no flow drama here. Improved Power and Efficiency: With better atomization comes better combustion, and that means more horsepower, cooler temps, and increased fuel mileage. Less Smoke, More Go: Bigger isn’t always better, smoky, hot tunes waste fuel. K-Factor nozzles strike the perfect balance for performance builds and daily drivers alike. Dynomite starts with blank nozzles or custom machined pieces based on specific spray angle requirements. Each nozzle goes through a proprietary honing process, no shortcuts. The end result? A nozzle that not only flows more but does so smarter, delivering cleaner, cooler, more efficient power than the competition. Whether you're building a mild street truck or an all-out track monster, K-Factor Nozzles give you the edge where it counts, in real world performance.

About Dynomite Diesel
DDP DIESEL PRODUCTS

Dynomite Diesel was originally founded in 2000 as a fuel injection supply and repair company based out of Washington State by then and now owner Lenny Reed. Over the years, the goals and priorities of DDP would shift away from the repair side of their business and towards fuel injection modification and manufacturing. Today, many of the most reputable high horsepower diesel race truck owners are fueled by a set of Dynomite Diesels Super Mental series injectors, whether its a Cummins, Duramax, or Powerstroke.

DYNOMITE DIESEL INJECTORS & MORE

Now, what really separates a Dynomite Diesel fuel injector from their competition? Many would argue that it comes down to time spent and the materials and tools utilized by DDP to get the job done. Each set of fuel injectors are precisely modified using state of the art machinery and matched as a single set to eliminate any unnecessary deviation that can occur in batch production. Further, Dynomite Diesel spends countless hours testing and measuring various samples, using bore scopes to inspect and measure their modified injectors at the micron level and so many other details that the naked eye simply cannot detect. Lenny and his team are continually testing new methods to create efficiency in fuel combustion. While many would presume this only means fuel economy (MPGs), rather, anytime that more fuel can be turned into power, efficiency is created, as well as net power gained, and exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) reduced. And for the final touch, each DDP injector is engraved with their logo to ensure you know youre getting a quality Dynomite Diesel product.

Whether youre building a high horsepower sled puller or youre like most and simply want some added power for pulling your equipment or travel trailer without causing any unwanted side effects such as black smoke or high EGTs, upgrading with a set of Dynomite Diesel injectors is an upgrade we stand behind.
