About ICON Vehicle Dynamics
ICON Vehicle Dynamics is a premiere performance suspension manufacturer specializing in aftermarket suspension components for trucks, SUVs and off road suspension development. The companys business is customer-driven, technology-influenced, engineering-oriented and focuses on world-class manufacturing processes and techniques. Led by head engineer and SCORE champion driver Dylan Evans, ICON Vehicle Dynamics has the unique qualities to design and build the highest quality suspension components and test them in both real world applications as well as race conditions.

ICON is often asked how they develop such revolutionary performance suspension systems. The answer might surprise you. Their engineers actually start by determining a desired outcome of the vehicle they are working on. By studying forces and their effect on the vehicle in motion (Vehicle Dynamics) they are able to determine what improvements can be made. They determine how they can improve drivability of the vehicle, how to improve the handling characteristics and what changes can be made to improve the vehicle in real world situations. The end result of all this study is the highest quality and performing suspension products in the world. What also sets ICON products apart is our incredible commitment of time and energy dedicated to both ride development and testing. From vehicle dynamic theory to our years of experience and involvement in off road racing, rock crawling and just about anything you can do with a vehicle on or off the road. ICON engineers are in control and the driving force of the entire product line and manufacturing processes. This is made possible because all of their laser cutting, metal forming, CNC machining, welding and assembly is done in house.

It did what it was advertised to do .

"I put it on a lifted 07 ram 3500 with one of the redhead extreme duty steering gear boxes & it worked flawlessly."

This pitman arm was exactly what I needed for. . .

"This pitman arm was exactly what I needed for my 2011 Ram 2500 with a 4 Rancho Suspension Lift. Unfortunately Rancho either doesn't, or didn't at the time, include a pitman arm with the necessary drop and pitch. The Rancho pitman arm resulted in a stressed ball joint on the upper tie rod end connecting to the pitman arm even while parked on a level surface, leading to two busted tie rod ends. Luckily I was in the process of parking when each one broke rather than traveling at highway speeds. Thanks for the great product and hopefully the end of my front end issues!"

I had the dreaded death wobble in my '11 Ram . . .

"I had the dreaded death wobble in my '11 Ram 2500 after putting on the levelling kit. I think the steering stabilizers were the biggest issue but without knowing that ahead of time, I ordered a handful of products including this drop pitman arm. Bolted right up and I'm sure it didn't hurt my objective any."

Q&A

May seem like a weird question for you, but, How much does this pitman arm weigh bare, (not the shipping weight)
7lbs is what ICON says. -Sands
How do I buy the pitman arm because I thought my other one was gonna fit but it didn’t could I get a link or something
Shoot us a call. We will need to know some specifics on your truck to recommend you the correct pitman arm. -Sands
I have 2 inch level springs on my 08 and I wanted to know if this will help at all with keeping everything straight.
A drop pitman arm is typically not needed with 2in level springs. In order to run a drop pitman arm you also have to run a drop track bar bracket to not induce bump steer. -Sands
I have a 10 ram 2500 and purchased the from you guys the carli leveling kit, along with the carli torsion bar, syenergy steering kit upgrade, also the synergy steering box stabilizer, and new carli heavy duty leaf springs in the rear. My question is should I be running this icon drop pitman arm or is the stock pitman okay to use ? Thank you for your time
With just a leveling kit you will want to stick with the stock pitman arm. If you were going taller and doing drop on the track bar also then yes, since those have to be in line with each other. -Sands
