Never got the part, customer service nightmare
"Order the part, paid for shipping insurance, item was stuck at the hub for “to many shipping labels” multiple calls to Fed Ex was finally told to reach out to the seller. Contacted customer service explained what happened and sent the email that Fed ex sent saying the item undeliverable to contact the seller, currently been 16 days with no item and customer service wants me to wait another 5-8 business days to see if any “movement” before having a replacement sent. . . this is ridiculous and I will not be ordering any other products from this company, and apparently no care for the customers which is a shame."
