This unfortunate incident is all too frequent with the early model 6.7L's as they featured a plastic oil pan, but still prevalent with the later models featuring a steel pan. Prevent this by upgrading with a Mag-Hytec oil pan. The Mag-Hytec Engine Oil Pan also features an aluminum finned design that aids in heat dissipation, especially with its ability to hold an additional two quarts of oil over the stock unit.

- Does this come with drain plug and gasket
- The pan does include a drain plug as well as an integrated o-ring seal, so you will not need a traditional gasket.
- Will this fit on a 2018 F-450 6.7 powerstroke
- Not confirmed to fit that application. Pickups only and so far up to 2017. SA
- What thread size is the drain plug hole for this oil pan?
