If you're building your own traction bars, the Longhorn Fab Shop Professional Grade Universal Weld-It Kit provides the critical components needed to create a strong, adjustable setup. Designed to help reduce wheel hop and improve traction, this kit can also help reduce stress on drivetrain and suspension components caused by axle wrap under acceleration. The kit includes universal axle tabs, front frame brackets, professional-grade heim joints, weld-in threaded bungs, Grade 8 hardware, and nylon-injected, oil-impregnated races for long-lasting, rattle-free performance. The laser-cut, CNC-bent brackets provide a precise fit, while the turnbuckle design allows for easy alignment and suspension preload adjustments. This is a weld-it kit and does not include the tubing required to build the bars. A welder and 1.5" Schedule 80 A36 structural pipe or compatible tubing are required to complete the installation. Helps reduce wheel hop and improve traction. Professional-grade heims provide smooth, rattle-free performance. Adjustable design allows easy suspension preload tuning.

Welder (or access to one)
1.5" Schedule 80 A36 structural pipe or tubing with an ID larger than 1.500" and an OD smaller than 2.250"
63.5" tube/pipe length for short bed applications
77.5" tube/pipe length for long bed applications

SPECIFICATIONS:

Rod End Thread Size: 1-1/4"-12 (2 left-hand and 2 right-hand threads)
Weld-In Bung Outside Diameter: 2"
Bung Insert Diameter: 1.470"
