The Longhorn Fab Shop Industrial Rotator is designed to make engine assembly, teardown, inspection, and fabrication work easier by allowing you to rotate heavy engines safely and precisely with variable-speed powered controls. The hands-free operation helps reduce strain, improve access, and keep projects moving efficiently through the shop. Built for professional environments, this floor-mounted rotating engine stand features a heavy-duty 2" shaft, dual 6,500 lb bearings, a 350 ft-lb industrial gear reduction drive, and a 1 HP motor with forward, stop, and reverse controls. Variable speed operation allows rotation from 1-6 RPM, while the included foot pedal provides convenient hands-free control. The stand is rated to support up to 2,000 lbs positioned 24" from the neck while maintaining proper functionality and smooth operation. The floor mount design anchors directly to concrete for maximum stability and features a compact footprint while still accommodating large applications with a maximum swing length of 61.5". Custom adapter plates can be used to support engines, transmissions, axles, and specialized industrial projects. Please note that an application-specific adapter is required and sold separately.
