Building a custom intercooler from the ground up? The BOOST Products Intercooler End Tanks provide DIY builders with a solid foundation for building a custom high-performance intercooler setup. Designed for direct fabrication onto an intercooler core, these bare end tanks are constructed from cast 3003 aluminum with a 3–4mm wall thickness to provide the strength needed in high-horsepower applications. Available with inlet and outlet sizes from 2.5" to 4", they provide plenty of flexibility when designing your own charge-air system around the space, turbocharger, and power level of your build. The bead-rolled inlet and outlet connections provide a secure surface for silicone couplers and clamps, while the matte aluminum finish gives the finished intercooler a clean, fabricated appearance. These are universal bare-end tanks intended for custom fabrication, so the intercooler core, mounting brackets, and installation hardware must be sourced separately.
