Every intercooler is pressure tested to withstand at least 5 bar / 72 PSI, providing the durability needed for demanding street, racing, and custom applications. The tube-and-fin core is designed to move air efficiently while shedding heat quickly, making it an excellent choice for high-performance turbocharged applications. Unlike a massive intercooler that can add unnecessary volume and increase lag, BOOST offers multiple sizes so you can select a core that matches your engine's airflow, turbocharger, and horsepower goals. These intercoolers are universal, meaning they require custom mounting and piping for your specific application and do not include brackets or mounting hardware. Proper sizing is critical; too small can create restriction and excessive intake temperatures, while too large can negatively affect response.
