The ICON Stage 2 Suspension System builds on the foundation of Stage 1 by adding remote reservoir shocks for increased control, cooling, and consistency under hard use. Factory suspension on these trucks is stiff, limited in travel, and quickly overwhelmed when you start pushing speed off-road or adding weight. This system fixes that by giving you increased wheel travel, better damping control, and a much more planted, predictable feel across all driving conditions. The biggest upgrade here is the addition of remote reservoir 2.5” shocks, which dramatically improve performance when things heat up, whether you’re hitting washboard roads at speed, towing heavy, or running long dirt stretches. You get smoother ride quality on-road, more confidence off-road, and a suspension that doesn’t fade when pushed. Paired with ICON billet upper control arms, this system corrects geometry, improves alignment range, and allows the suspension to cycle properly without binding. The result is a truck that feels controlled, stable, and capable instead of harsh and unsettled. The included billet aluminum upper control arms are engineered with ICON’s Delta Joint system, combining the strength of a ball joint with the articulation of an uniball while remaining sealed against dirt and moisture. This improves durability for daily driving while still allowing increased suspension travel and alignment correction. The entire system is designed as a 100% bolt-on upgrade with no cutting or fabrication required, using high-quality materials and corrosion-resistant finishes to ensure long-term reliability in harsh environments from job sites to high-speed off-road use.
