The ICON 3.0 CDEV Rear Shock Absorbers feature vehicle-specific tuning and larger 3.0-inch shock bodies with 50% more piston surface area than ICON's 2.5 Series shocks. Increased oil volume and remote reservoirs improve heat dissipation and help reduce shock fade during hard use, providing increased damping capability and vehicle control both on-road and off-road. ICON's Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) electronically controls compression damping through ICON Intelligent Control. Using vehicle movement and your selected settings, the system can adjust the shocks in less than 40 milliseconds as conditions change. An internal Bump Zone also increases damping by 20% as the shock approaches full compression, and the shocks are fully rebuildable and revalveable for long-term serviceability.
