Description
Want more suspension control and adjustable front ride height from your Super Duty? The ICON 3.0 CDEV Coilover Conversion Kit converts the factory front suspension to a bolt-in coilover setup that fits in the OE coil bucket location. The 3.0-inch shocks provide 50% more piston surface area than ICON's 2.5 Series, while the increased oil volume and remote reservoirs help control heat and reduce shock fade during hard use. The result is increased damping capability and vehicle control both on-road and off-road. The included CDEV technology electronically controls compression damping through ICON Intelligent Control. Using vehicle movement and your selected settings, the system can adjust the shocks in less than 40 milliseconds as conditions change. The shocks are also fully rebuildable and revalveable for long-term serviceability. CHOOSE YOUR LIFT HEIGHT: 2.5-3" Lift - 61800E: The lower-lift option. Depending on model year and Tremor configuration, diesel trucks will see approximately 1.5 to 3.75 inches of actual front lift. ICON recommends 35x12.50 aftermarket tires, while 37x12.50 tires require fender trimming and modifications. 4-5.5" Lift - 61801E: The higher-lift option. Depending on model year and Tremor configuration, diesel trucks will see approximately 3 to 6.25 inches of actual front lift. ICON recommends 37x12.50 aftermarket tires, while larger tires may require fender trimming and modifications. REQUIRED & SOLD SEPARATELY: Applicable ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) kit Compatible CDEV rear shocks IMPORTANT FITMENT & INSTALLATION NOTES: Fits 4WD diesel models only; ICON's listed lift heights are based on a stock-equipped 4WD Crew Cab diesel An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control app Factory coil centering cup must be removed and ADAS recalibration is required after installation Coilover conversion allows for the addition of secondary front shocks; reservoir doubler kit 611003 is required when adding ICON 2.5 or 3.0 Series remote reservoir secondary shocks For 61800E, an adjustable track bar is recommended but not required; optional brake line kit 61111 can be used instead of bending the factory steel lines or as a braided stainless upgrade

About ICON Vehicle Dynamics
ICON Vehicle Dynamics is a premiere performance suspension manufacturer specializing in aftermarket suspension components for trucks, SUVs and off road suspension development. The companys business is customer-driven, technology-influenced, engineering-oriented and focuses on world-class manufacturing processes and techniques. Led by head engineer and SCORE champion driver Dylan Evans, ICON Vehicle Dynamics has the unique qualities to design and build the highest quality suspension components and test them in both real world applications as well as race conditions.

ICON is often asked how they develop such revolutionary performance suspension systems. The answer might surprise you. Their engineers actually start by determining a desired outcome of the vehicle they are working on. By studying forces and their effect on the vehicle in motion (Vehicle Dynamics) they are able to determine what improvements can be made. They determine how they can improve drivability of the vehicle, how to improve the handling characteristics and what changes can be made to improve the vehicle in real world situations. The end result of all this study is the highest quality and performing suspension products in the world. What also sets ICON products apart is our incredible commitment of time and energy dedicated to both ride development and testing. From vehicle dynamic theory to our years of experience and involvement in off road racing, rock crawling and just about anything you can do with a vehicle on or off the road. ICON engineers are in control and the driving force of the entire product line and manufacturing processes. This is made possible because all of their laser cutting, metal forming, CNC machining, welding and assembly is done in house.
