Description
Want the absolute highest level of front-end control and performance you can get out of your HD truck? The ICON V.S. 3.0 Front Shock System with Remote Reservoir and CDCV is built for drivers who push their truck hard and need suspension that can keep up. Factory shocks and even smaller aftermarket options struggle with heat, weight, and repeated impacts, which leads to fade, loss of control, and inconsistent ride quality. This system fixes that by stepping up to ICON’s largest shock platform, delivering unmatched damping control, stability, and consistency across all driving conditions. What sets this setup apart is the combination of massive damping capacity and on-the-fly adjustability. With CDCV compression tuning, you can dial in how the front suspension reacts, soft for daily driving or firm for aggressive off-road use, towing, or high-speed stability. The result is a front end that stays planted, controlled, and predictable no matter how hard you push it, giving you confidence instead of fighting the truck. Internally, the shock uses precision-engineered valving along with ICON’s internal “bump zone” design, increasing damping force near full compression to control bottom-outs and maintain stability in extreme conditions. The CDCV (Compression Damping Control Valve) provides multiple levels of external adjustment, allowing you to fine-tune performance without disassembly. Constructed with CNC-machined aluminum components, a hardened shaft, and fully rebuildable architecture, this system is designed for long-term durability and serviceability making it a true high-performance upgrade for serious towing, off-road use, and heavy-duty driving.

About ICON Vehicle Dynamics
ICON Vehicle Dynamics is a premiere performance suspension manufacturer specializing in aftermarket suspension components for trucks, SUVs and off road suspension development. The companys business is customer-driven, technology-influenced, engineering-oriented and focuses on world-class manufacturing processes and techniques. Led by head engineer and SCORE champion driver Dylan Evans, ICON Vehicle Dynamics has the unique qualities to design and build the highest quality suspension components and test them in both real world applications as well as race conditions.

ICON is often asked how they develop such revolutionary performance suspension systems. The answer might surprise you. Their engineers actually start by determining a desired outcome of the vehicle they are working on. By studying forces and their effect on the vehicle in motion (Vehicle Dynamics) they are able to determine what improvements can be made. They determine how they can improve drivability of the vehicle, how to improve the handling characteristics and what changes can be made to improve the vehicle in real world situations. The end result of all this study is the highest quality and performing suspension products in the world. What also sets ICON products apart is our incredible commitment of time and energy dedicated to both ride development and testing. From vehicle dynamic theory to our years of experience and involvement in off road racing, rock crawling and just about anything you can do with a vehicle on or off the road. ICON engineers are in control and the driving force of the entire product line and manufacturing processes. This is made possible because all of their laser cutting, metal forming, CNC machining, welding and assembly is done in house.
