The 20mm-wide clamp is built from corrosion-resistant SS304 stainless steel, making it well-suited for demanding environments, including exhaust systems, downpipes, boost hoses, and other high-pressure applications. The double-band design distributes clamping force over a larger area, helping maintain a tight connection without relying on a single narrow band. The durable stainless construction provides excellent resistance to heat and corrosion, making it a great choice for performance and fabrication work where long-term reliability matters. For proper installation, the clamping area must have at least 25mm of straight surface so the clamp can seat correctly and apply consistent pressure around the connection.
