Designed to replace aging OEM boots that can weaken, crack, or blow off during repeated heat and boost cycles, these upgraded boots provide a stronger, more reliable connection between the turbocharger, intercooler, and intake system. The race-proven design is built to handle over 100 PSI of boost while resisting heat, oil, and fuel, helping prevent boost leaks and premature hose failure. Constructed from reinforced 5-ply silicone with heat-resistant embedded fibers, the boots provide increased durability and resistance to pressure, heat, oil, and fuel. The cold-side boots are rated for temperatures up to 350°F, while the hot-side boots are rated for temperatures up to 500°F, making them well-suited for demanding Powerstroke applications. The oil-resistant exterior helps prevent clamp slippage, while the included stainless steel spring-loaded T-bolt clamps provide secure, consistent clamping force. The kit includes (6) heavy-duty silicone boots and stainless steel T-bolt clamps for a complete installation.
