Available in the T3, T4, and T6 flange turbo housings. The Lava Turbo Heat Shield was designed and tested on the most hardcore racing applications. It helps reduce turbo lag while protecting other engine components. The custom fit turbo heat bags use cutting edge technology and performance to keep the heat on the hot side of the turbo where is belongs. The Lava Turbo Shield has a rugged outer layer of HP's Lava Mat, that is 25% stronger than comparable fiberglass shields. This material gives the shield a longer life span. The custom fit design means you don't have to trim or do any modifications to fit your turbo housings. Capable of withstanding 1800 degrees F continuous.
