Whether you're loading with ramps or using a winch, the Headache Rack provides an extra level of protection and control, letting you focus on the job.
Constructed from heavy-duty steel and finished in a durable powder coat, the Z-TRAK Headache Rack is engineered for years of dependable service. Its modular design allows you to position the rack 3 inches or 9 inches from the front of the bed using interchangeable spacers, creating valuable storage space for fuel cans, tools, tie-downs, ramps, and other gear. The quick-release wire lock clevis pins make installing or removing the main load bar a tool-free, seconds-long process, while the rigid crossbar helps evenly distribute winching forces across the Z-TRAK rail. For maximum strength during winching, installation with the Z-TRAK Plus Nut Kit is recommended.

During bidding, shops see only your service ZIP code, vehicle year/make/model, and the part SKU — not your name, email, or address. Only the shop you select receives your contact details after payment. We never sell your personal information.
