Built as a direct replacement EGR cooler, this upgraded unit helps control exhaust gas temperatures, maintain proper EGR system function, and support dependable drivability in your Power Stroke diesel truck. The EGR cooler is responsible for cooling exhaust gases before they are recirculated back into the intake system. Over time, the factory cooler can become restricted, crack, or develop internal leaks from soot buildup, coolant contamination, and repeated heat cycles. The Grizzly GA304NWO features upgraded construction over the stock design for improved durability and is supplied as the EGR cooler only, with gaskets not included.
