Upgrade the heater hoses in your 2003-2007 5.9L Cummins with this braided hose kit from Full Send Diesel. This kit is made from the highest quality An fittings and hose. Backed by a lifetime workmanship warranty, Full Send Diesel guarantees you the perfect product. This kit replaces your factory heater hoses with a black braided hose kit and includes all the necassary fittings and hose to get the job done. This will bypass the heat exchanger thats mounted on the passenger side of the block. The heat exchanger is know to fail and can mix coolant and transmission fluid causing a catastrophic failure.

"Took longer to take factor parts off than to install new lines. Would recommend spending the extra money for fleece clamps. Look much cleaner. Full Send Diesel said that lines will do fine with heat as long as they don’t touch the manifold or turbo. Highly recommend FSD hoses over replacing OEM part which cost like $900 at cost…. If you have any questions, DPP & FSD both have great customer service."

Q&A
- The description states it will bypass the heat exchanger for the 5.9. Will using the cap provided be sufficient to bypass or does every port on the exchanger need to be capped? Looks like the longer of the two hoses provided in the kit will not route to the exchanger (the oem one does) and therefore we must cap that exchanger port when using the kit.
- That kit comes with everything you need to bypass the heat exchanger.
- Do you have to also buy the trans lines to run this kit? i.e. can I just block off one side of the heat exchanger?
- You don't need to get the transmission bypass kit unless you want to fully remove the heat exchanger.
- Does this come with the block to clamp the hose midway down the head?
- The block that is pictured is actually part of the Fleece Performance Coolant reroute kit.
- Does this kit come with the plug for the drivers side of the block?
- Yes it does have an allen plug in the kit. -Sands

- Yes it does replace that pipe. And would run externally with the braided hose. -Sands
