The original American-made BillieBars Bed Rack gives your truck a low-profile platform for carrying rooftop tents, bikes, kayaks, MOLLE panels, cargo boxes, and more. Designed to work with most roll-up, retractable, and tri-fold tonneau covers, this rack combines an impressive 800-lb static load capacity with a 400-lb dynamic load capacity, giving you the strength to haul gear. When you need the bed back, the crossbars come out in seconds while the mounting brackets stay in place. Built in the USA, the BillieBars system pairs 3.15" x 1.57" anodized aluminum crossbars with dual-stage powder-coated steel brackets and all-stainless-steel security hardware. The anodized aluminum won't rust if scratched, while the powder-coated brackets provide a durable foundation for demanding use. Installation is simple with no drilling required, and the included security tool helps keep everything securely mounted. Available with 5" or 8" bracket heights, the system provides 3.5" or 6.5" of underside clearance, respectively. For installation, torque all bolts to 20–25 ft-lbs.
