The 6.7L Powerstroke is built to work hard, but keeping temperatures under control becomes even more important when you’re towing, hauling, daily driving in hot weather, or running additional power. If you’re tired of worrying about factory-style radiator weaknesses or aftermarket units that don’t hold up long term, the Fluidyne 4 Row Extruded Tube Aluminum Radiator was designed to give your truck a stronger and more dependable cooling solution built for real diesel use.
Unlike traditional aluminum radiators that use thin brazed-tube construction, Fluidyne uses a single-piece extruded aluminum core, eliminating one of the most common failure points in standard radiator designs. The result is improved durability, excellent heat rejection, and dependable cooling performance under heavy load. Backed by more than 30 years of performance cooling experience and NASCAR-proven technology, this radiator is engineered to improve airflow, maintain stable coolant temperatures, and deliver long-lasting reliability, whether your truck is stock, tuned, towing, or performance built.
This crossflow-style radiator features a natural aluminum finish, a 4-row aluminum core, an upper driver-side inlet, and a middle passenger-side outlet. Core dimensions measure 38.4 inches long, 27.75 inches high, and 1.75 inches deep, while overall dimensions measure 45.47 inches long, 28.15 inches high, and 8.1 inches deep. This radiator does not include a transmission cooler. Fan and radiator cap are not included. Each radiator ships in reinforced protective packaging with high-density foam to help ensure it arrives safely and ready to install.
