Flex-a-Lite has even seen an increase in 27 horsepower and 6% increase in mileage simply with the addition of an electric cooling fan on a diesel! Each fan has dual 15" S-blades that have the ability to flow 5500-6000 CFM (depending on application) and feature a Variable Speed Control of 60%-100%.

Flex-a-lite has been leading the way in cooling product technology for over 40 years. They pride themselves on product design, manufacturing and marketing -– but it is their main focus on continual process improvement and customer satisfaction with exceptional value and service that keeps them in the forefront of the market.

C-clip fell off while driving, lost one of the fan blades.

"The product seemed great at first. Seemed like a quality design. I noticed immediate improvement in throttle response, and kept the A/C cool at idle. I've only had the fans on the truck for about 2,000 miles, and this past weekend, noticed the truck started running hot. Pulled off the road and popped the hood to find one of the C-clips had randomly fallen off one of the studs holding one of the fan blades on. The fan blade was resting against the front of my engine block. I was able to get universal C-clips from a local parts store and re-attach the fan blade. But now the fan blade wobbles on the spindle, and will need to be replaced. I cant seem to find replacement hardware, so I may need a whole new fan assembly, or might have to return to the stock set up with the fan clutch. Super disappointing, cause when they were working correctly, they were awesome."
