Description
If you want more fuel support from your Ford 6.7L Power Stroke without converting to a frame-mounted lift pump setup, the Fleece Performance PowerFlo Lift Pump with Under Bed Filter Kit keeps the upgrade simple and close to the factory design! The PowerFlo replaces the factory in-tank pump and uses dual ultra-quiet gerotor pumps to increase fuel flow while supporting applications up to 800 HP. It retains the factory fuel lines, fuel tank, harness, and fuel control module functionality, so no cutting, splicing, tank sump, or draw straw is required. An active fill bucket helps maintain consistent fuel supply and avoids the common 1/4-tank issues associated with some higher-flow fuel systems. The pump also features threaded outlet and return ports that accept -8 O-ring fittings with 3/4"-16 threads for owners who want to run aftermarket fuel lines.
The included under-bed filter kit replaces the factory filter housing in its original mounting location and connects directly to the factory fuel lines for a clean installation. It converts the truck to a convenient spin-on Donaldson P553203 fuel filter, providing 99% efficiency at 4 microns along with improved water separation. Factory water-in-fuel functionality is retained via the included sensor and electrical extension harness, and the billet aluminum filter base has provisions for an optional Fleece fuel heater. The PowerFlo installs in less than half the time of many frame-mounted high-flow lift pumps, and the complete kit includes the PowerFlo pump with integrated fuel level sender, chassis wiring adapter harness, fuel sending unit tank O-ring, assembled filter base and Donaldson filter, water-in-fuel sensor and extension harness, mounting bolt, and replacement fuel line retaining clips.
This system has been tested with S&S Diesel Motorsport DCR conversion and CP4 Disaster Prevention kits and is validated for fuel containing up to 20% biodiesel. Both Short Bed and Long Bed versions are compatible with Titan aftermarket fuel tanks, while the Short Bed version is also confirmed for S&B short-bed aftermarket tanks. The Long Bed version does not fit the S&B long-bed fuel tank P/N 10-1008, and neither version fits Cab & Chassis applications. For owners looking for an even more complete 6.7L Power Stroke fuel filtration setup, the system can also be paired with the Fleece Performance under-hood filter base P/N FPE-FMC-UHFA-1123.

IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTES:
Short Bed: Compatible with S&B short-bed aftermarket fuel tanks.
Long Bed: Not compatible with the S&B long-bed aftermarket fuel tank (P/N 10-1008).
Titan Fuel Tanks: Both Short Bed and Long Bed variants are compatible with Titan aftermarket fuel tanks.
Cab & Chassis: The PowerFlo lift pump is not compatible with Cab & Chassis applications.

TIMELINE OF FLEECE PERFORMANCE ENGINEERING:- 2008: Fleece Performance Engineering was established in North Salem, IN by Brayden and Chase Fleece. Both had a passion for continuously innovating and improving upon products already on the market. Brayden's 2004.5 LLY Duramax became the test bed to develop the TurboBrake and Duramax Cheetah, while Chase's 2002 Cummins was one of the first Cummins pickups to integrate an Allison Transmission.
- 2012: Fleece Performance upgrades both facility and location by relocating to Nitro Alley in Brownsburg, IN situated among some of the top racing leaders in the world.
- 2014: Fleece Performance acquires the area's premier engine machine shop, Freedom Racing Engines. The acquisition enables Fleece Performance to expand the engine development program and product offerings. Today, Fleece Performance and Freedom Racing Engines build some of the most competitive engines in the industry.
- 2018: Fleece Performance breaks ground on a new 75,000 sq. ft. facililty in Pittsboro, IN.
- 2019: Fleece Performance and Freedom Racing Engines relocates to its new facility in Pittsboro, IN. The all new headquarters provides additional space for product development, production and work areas, assembly and testing, a larger warehouse, as well as four engine dynamometers, and two-story office space.
- 2020: Fleece Performance receives ISO9001:2015 Certification.
