Description

If your Ford 6.7L Power Stroke needs more fuel supply than the factory lift pump can comfortably provide, you shouldn't have to completely rework the fuel system to get it. The Fleece Performance PowerFlo Lift Pump delivers the increased fuel flow of a high-performance setup while keeping the clean, in-tank design of the factory system. Its dual ultra-quiet gerotor pumps provide increased flow capacity to support applications up to 800 HP without the noticeable pump noise commonly associated with frame-mounted systems. Consistent fuel delivery matters just as much as increased flow. The PowerFlo uses an active fill bucket to keep fuel available to the pumps, even as the tank level drops. This helps eliminate common 1/4-tank fuel delivery issues while avoiding the need for a tank sump, draw straw, or additional air filtration. The factory fuel control module is also retained, allowing the truck to continue adjusting fuel delivery pressure based on engine load for smooth, consistent operation. Installation is designed to be straightforward. The PowerFlo is a direct in-tank replacement that retains the factory fuel lines, wiring harness, and fuel tank, so there is no cutting, splicing, or permanent modification required. Fleece states that it installs in less than half the time of many frame-mounted high-flow lift pumps. For custom fuel systems, the pump outlet and return are threaded to accept -8 O-ring fittings with 3/4"-16 threads. It has also been tested with S&S Diesel Motorsport DCR conversion and CP4 Disaster Prevention Kits, confirmed for use with approved Titan and S&B aftermarket fuel tanks, and validated for fuel containing up to 20% biodiesel. The PowerFlo must be used with the Fleece Performance FPE-FMC-UBFA-1724 under-bed fuel filter kit and is not compatible with the factory under-bed filter assembly or FASS Drop-In Series filters. It does not fit cab and chassis applications. Each kit includes the PowerFlo Lift Pump with an integrated fuel level sender, chassis wiring adapter harness, and fuel sending unit tank O-ring. Short-bed and long-bed versions are available to match the truck's configuration. IMPORTANT NOTE: The FPE-FMC-UBFA-1724 Under-Bed Fuel Filter Kit is the only under-bed filter kit compatible with this PowerFlo Lift Pump and is sold separately. Do not use with the factory under-bed filter assembly or other under-bed filter kits.

TIMELINE OF FLEECE PERFORMANCE ENGINEERING:

2008: Fleece Performance Engineering was established in North Salem, IN by Brayden and Chase Fleece. Both had a passion for continuously innovating and improving upon products already on the market. Brayden's 2004.5 LLY Duramax became the test bed to develop the TurboBrake and Duramax Cheetah, while Chase's 2002 Cummins was one of the first Cummins pickups to integrate an Allison Transmission.
2012: Fleece Performance upgrades both facility and location by relocating to Nitro Alley in Brownsburg, IN situated among some of the top racing leaders in the world.
2014: Fleece Performance acquires the area's premier engine machine shop, Freedom Racing Engines. The acquisition enables Fleece Performance to expand the engine development program and product offerings. Today, Fleece Performance and Freedom Racing Engines build some of the most competitive engines in the industry.
2018: Fleece Performance breaks ground on a new 75,000 sq. ft. facililty in Pittsboro, IN.
2019: Fleece Performance and Freedom Racing Engines relocates to its new facility in Pittsboro, IN. The all new headquarters provides additional space for product development, production and work areas, assembly and testing, a larger warehouse, as well as four engine dynamometers, and two-story office space.
2020: Fleece Performance receives ISO9001:2015 Certification.
2021: Fleece Performance Engineering was voted as one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.
2022: Fleece Performance Engineering was voted again as one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.
