Description

Your 6.7L Power Stroke's fuel system relies on several factory components to keep clean fuel moving from the tank to the engine, and over time, some of those plastic filters, fittings, and connections can become weak or difficult to service. The Fleece Performance Complete Fuel System Upgrade addresses the system as a whole, combining an upgraded PowerFlo Lift Pump, under-bed and under-hood filtration, an injector return fitting, and replacement fuel line retaining clips into one complete package for your Ford 6.7L Power Stroke. At the tank, the PowerFlo Lift Pump provides increased fuel supply for trucks with higher fuel demands while maintaining a clean, factory-style installation. It installs without cutting, splicing, or modifying the factory fuel lines or fuel tank and continues to use the stock fuel control module to adjust fuel delivery pressure based on engine load. The pump has also been validated for use with up to 20% biodiesel and tested with S&S Diesel Motorsport DCR conversion and CP4 Disaster Prevention kits. The kit also makes fuel filtration easier to service while replacing factory components that can become failure points. The under-bed assembly replaces the factory furnace-style filter with a convenient spin-on filter, mounts in the factory location, connects directly to the existing fuel lines and chassis harness, and retains the factory water-in-fuel circuitry. Under the hood, a billet aluminum cap and billet quick-disconnect fittings replace the crack-prone factory plastic filter components and use a serviceable Donaldson spin-on filter. An extra Donaldson fuel filter is included for a future service. To round out the upgrade, Fleece includes a heavy-duty billet aluminum injector return fitting with a dual O-ring design and serviceable barb, replacing the factory plastic connector that can break from heat, vibration, and repeated servicing. Four replacement retaining clips are also included for common 1/2-inch and 12mm fuel connections throughout the system. The kit works with Titan aftermarket fuel tanks, while S&B tank compatibility depends on bed length: the Short Bed version works with S&B short-bed tanks, while the Long Bed version does not fit S&B long-bed fuel tank 10-1008. This kit does not fit Cab & Chassis applications and is backed by Fleece Performance's Lifetime Limited Parts Warranty. TIMELINE OF FLEECE PERFORMANCE ENGINEERING:

2008: Fleece Performance Engineering was established in North Salem, IN by Brayden and Chase Fleece. Both had a passion for continuously innovating and improving upon products already on the market. Brayden's 2004.5 LLY Duramax became the test bed to develop the TurboBrake and Duramax Cheetah, while Chase's 2002 Cummins was one of the first Cummins pickups to integrate an Allison Transmission.
2012: Fleece Performance upgrades both facility and location by relocating to Nitro Alley in Brownsburg, IN situated among some of the top racing leaders in the world.
2014: Fleece Performance acquires the area's premier engine machine shop, Freedom Racing Engines. The acquisition enables Fleece Performance to expand the engine development program and product offerings. Today, Fleece Performance and Freedom Racing Engines build some of the most competitive engines in the industry.
2018: Fleece Performance breaks ground on a new 75,000 sq. ft. facililty in Pittsboro, IN.
2019: Fleece Performance and Freedom Racing Engines relocates to its new facility in Pittsboro, IN. The all new headquarters provides additional space for product development, production and work areas, assembly and testing, a larger warehouse, as well as four engine dynamometers, and two-story office space.
2020: Fleece Performance receives ISO9001:2015 Certification.
2021: Fleece Performance Engineering was voted as one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.
2022: Fleece Performance Engineering was voted again as one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.
