About FASS Fuel Systems

FASS Fuel Systems is an American manufacturing company specializing in the engineering, design, and production of fuel systems and accessories for diesel vehicles. The name œFASS stands for Fuel Air Separation System, which is a perfect acronym for the functionality of a FASS system. FASS builds vehicle specific fuel / lift pumps of varying levels of displacement to meet the needs of the exact build level of your Dodge Ram with a 5.9L or 6.7L Cummins engine, Ford with a Powerstroke engine, Chevrolet or GMC with a Duramax engine, or even your Big Rig Class 8.

GET YOUR FASS FUEL SYSTEM HERE!

Diesel Power Products is an authorized FASS Fuel System dealer, meaning you have peace of mind in retaining your complete factory warranty (lifetime warranty on Titanium systems) and the fact if any issues come up, we are well versed in the operation of these systems and can typically help you determine any issues for a quick resolution.

FASS LIFT PUMPS, FUEL FILTERS, AND MORE

When it comes to fuel systems, FASS has you covered from fuel tank all the way to your injection pump to ensure youre not guessing how to make this part match up to that or what other components youll need and who to get it from. When it comes time to service your FASS Titanium Fuel System with new filters, you can opt for their standard direct replacement offering or the Extended Lenth Particulate Filters and Water Separation Filters. And because sometimes you might find yourself in the middle of nowhere with a bad batch of fuel and no extra FASS filters, FASS systems are designed with cross reference filters in mind, and they even publish that cross reference sheet on their website. When installing a FASS system, or maybe after the fact, maybe you want to eliminate the ugly, unused stock fuel filter¦.no problem, FASS has a complete line up of fuel filter deletes and other accessories to clean up your engine bay. Maybe you live in a colder climate and realizing that once you bypassed your stock fuel filter it also removed your stock fuel heater¦.FASS has you covered yet again. Yes, you can have all of the factory creature comforts but still a high flowing, properly filtered fuel system.

EXPERIENCE A FASS FUEL SYSTEM FOR YOURSELF

While FASS is most known for their Titanium Signature Series Fuel System that includes an integrated fuel filter and water separator, FASS also builds other popular systems. Do you like the idea of a higher volume frame mounted lift pump, but prefer to keep the stock filtration and fuel heater? The Signature Series Adjustable Fuel Pumps are your answer. Or maybe youve got a Cummins with the original block mounted pump thats finally let go and youre not ready to invest in a complete system. Okay, the DRP (Direct Replacement Pump) is a great option. Maybe you have a Duramax and just looking for a little extra oomph of fuel to your injection pump. Similar to the DRP for Rams, FASS has their Dura-Max Diesel Flow Enhancer.

Overall, you can never go wrong upgrading your truck with a FASS Fuel System. As always, if you have any questions about which system is right for you, dont hesitate to reach out and we will be happy to steer you in the right direction.

Great product

"The product itself is great. Installation wasn’t very hard just a very tight cramped space. It took about 2 weeks to get here but it was around Christmas. No complaints."

Power restored

"Had a dead pump that wasn't noticed till I went to change the filters on the guys truck and noticed that it didn't prime, installed the new pump and it fired right up and definitely had more power"

GRANT S. (5/5)

Fass DRP

"Arrived in good condition. Installed fairly easy. Good pressure at 18 PSI idle 14 psi under load. The only problem I had was the shipping and handling time at almost 14 days."

Roger B. (4/5)

It is a fine product.

"It is a fine product. My old one was 6 years old and fuel was streaming from the hole on the bottom. There was a noticeable power loss. The new one bolted right up, no more leak and the power was better than before."

Rick B. (5/5)

Great product

"Showed up fast and exactly what I wanted/need. Works great. Brand new, was handled with care. No scratches or nets or imperfections. Replaced my old one that was 6-7 years old and was getting tired"

Austin C. (5/5)

Lift pump

"Great upgrade from 100 gpm to 165 gpm."

Michael C. (5/5)

Spare

"Recently had transfer pump issues, reinstalled the OEM I had replaced with a FASS due to a shop diagnosing failure of the FASS I had installed in 2012. Long story short, open grd wire in electrical connector. After repairing electrical issue, OEM pump was testing 8 psi, (min 10 psi per manual). Realized I could not rely on the oem as emergency backup. Reinstalled my original FASS (20 psi) and purchased a spare just in case it is ever needed. Good pump, good price!! THREE new tools, fuel pressure test kit, new OBD II, fuel line pliers."

Q&A

What’s the fuel pressure supposed to be from one of these pumps
These are typically intended to operate at 16-18 PSI. -Mark
Currently have a FASS TS C12 165. Looking to downgrade motors to potentially fix the 1/4 tank issue I’m experiencing and thought this would be the fastest/cheapest route without installing a sump. I believe these should be direct replacements regardless of GPH, correct?
With the design of these pumps you would have to go with a 165GPH pump motor again. You will need to contact Fass about just getting a 95GPH unit. -Mark
I need the fuel hose replacement mine was short by a inch also need the fittings that goin on the pump to the filter housing, I thought the pump was a bolt on easy process
For those individual parts you will want to contact FASS. -Mark
Is this the pump that goes on the back of the fuel filter housing and not the one that goes in the tank?
That particular product is just the motor for the Dodge replacement pump kit. It would replace the pump on the filter head. But that is not a complete setup it is just the motor. -Sands
What is the thread size on the inlet and outlet of this pump?
It will be the same as the banjo bolts on the factory fuel pump for that truck. 12mmx1.5. -Sands
