Available in multiple connection diameters and operating configurations, this universal exhaust valve is designed with carefully engineered components rather than the lightweight construction found on many inexpensive alternatives. The valve mechanism uses a ceramic bearing instead of plastic, providing significantly better resistance to the high temperatures found in exhaust systems. The housing incorporates a raised bead that establishes the specified pipe diameter and creates a smooth internal transition when used with exhaust tubing featuring a 1.5mm wall thickness, while also making the valve easier to weld into a custom exhaust system. An adjustable actuator rod thread allows the mechanism to be fine-tuned to suit the individual installation, and the updated actuator design features a larger 55mm-diameter housing and a 52mm length for improved construction. With multiple connection sizes and vacuum/pressure configurations available, this valve is an excellent choice for custom exhausts, performance vehicles, and applications that require adjustable exhaust sound.
