Description
Unlock additional power and take control of your first-generation common-rail-era predecessor's performance with the Edge Juice with Attitude CTS4 for 1998.5–2018 5.9L/6.7L Cummins Dodge Ram trucks. This complete inline performance module and digital monitor system delivers adjustable horsepower and torque, enhanced drivability, and real-time engine monitoring through Edge's advanced CTS4 touchscreen display. Unlike a programmer that reflashes the factory ECM, the Juice module provides inline performance control with convenient on-the-fly power adjustments.

The Juice with Attitude CTS4 offers five selectable power levels, letting you tailor performance to your driving conditions. Choose a lower setting for everyday driving or towing, or step up to a higher level when you need additional pulling power. For this application, the standard power levels provide advertised gains ranging from 40 horsepower and 150 lb-ft of torque up to 120 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque. A Level 6 Hot Unlock is also available through an internet update, offering gains of up to 150 horsepower and 380 lb-ft of torque.
The included 5.5-inch CTS4 color touchscreen provides a clear view of engine data and system controls. Customize digital gauge layouts, monitor exhaust gas temperature (EGT) and fuel pressure, set alerts, log vehicle data, and access supported diagnostic trouble codes. The system also includes adjustable safety backdowns that can reduce power when monitored conditions reach configured limits, helping you manage added performance when towing or working your truck hard.
Designed for the Dodge Ram 5.9L/6.7L Cummins, this system includes an EGT probe and fuel pressure sensor to provide important operating information. Additional features include cold-engine defueling control, adjustable boost setpoints, a turbo timer, and supported tire-size adjustments. Whether you're looking for stronger towing performance, improved throttle response, or more power from your Cummins, the Edge Juice with Attitude CTS4 combines tuning control and advanced monitoring in one integrated system.

"Installed for my father. I have the comp box on mine and love its simplicity. This one having the gauges built in is where it’s at. Super easy install and it works seamlessly. We took out his pillar gauges which are cool, but are too bright at night and make a larger blind spot. I’d highly suggest the edge system."

- What is the tap cap for fueling used for and do i need it
- You do not need the cap, no, however we do recommend it. The standard Juice with Attitude comes with provisions to install a wire tap into the fueling wire off of the injection pump which is required for the additional fueling on power levels 2-5. Many would prefer a more "secure" tap than what is provided, which the Tap Cap provides. There is some additional information on the Tap Cap if you scroll down on the product page. But again, to answer your question, no, it is not necessary, just recommended for a better, long term tap.
