The Edge Juice with Attitude CTS3 unlocks the potential of your diesel engine. The CTS3 features an astounding 5" full color-high res screen, a slim case design, and an intuitive interface. Once you buy the CTS3 you'll be wondering how you ever lived without this amazing tuner. The Juice with Attitude CTS3 reprograms your truck on the fly, for quick changes in power levels. Now with just a few swipes of your finger you'll have better horse power, torque and quite frankly, more awesomeness.The Edge Juice with Attitude CTS3 combines all of the old features of the Juice with Attitude CTS with a striking new look. The slimmer, sleeker screen is 5" of full color, high resolution display. The larger screen allows for an upgraded interface that allows custom screen backgrounds, a custom color mixer for your gauge arcs and needles, and most importantly easy navigation to all of your vital engine data in real-time.
This in-cabin system not only allows you to monitor the vitals of your truck, but also allows you to shift-on-the-fly by controlling the Juice module.
With 5 levels of performance and up to 120hp and 350 foot pounds of torque, the Juice with Attitude will add substantial power gains to your 5.9L Dodge Cummins.
Tap Cap Option:
Upon installation of the Juice with Attitude, you will need to use the
supplied T-Tap to splice into the factory VP44 injection pump wiring
harness. Over time, this type of connection can fail and its been found
that using a replacement pump cover that features a "pump tap"
connection is a better long term solution. This cover from Edge, called a
Tap Cap, replaces the stock pump cover and has a built in screw that
taps directly into the circuit board instead of a wire for a solid
connection. We offer this as an option as we recommend it for the best
long term solution.

"Installed for my father. I have the comp box on mine and love its simplicity. This one having the gauges built in is where it’s at. Super easy install and it works seamlessly. We took out his pillar gauges which are cool, but are too bright at night and make a larger blind spot. I’d highly suggest the edge system."

- What is the tap cap for fueling used for and do i need it
- You do not need the cap, no, however we do recommend it. The standard Juice with Attitude comes with provisions to install a wire tap into the fueling wire off of the injection pump which is required for the additional fueling on power levels 2-5. Many would prefer a more "secure" tap than what is provided, which the Tap Cap provides. There is some additional information on the Tap Cap if you scroll down on the product page. But again, to answer your question, no, it is not necessary, just recommended for a better, long term tap.
