The Diesels and Dirtbags Extended Aluminum Shift Knob is machined from solid aluminum rod for long-lasting durability and features an extended design that provides a comfortable feel and a clean, custom look inside your truck. Available in raw billet aluminum or black anodized finishes, you can select the shift pattern and thread pitch that best matches your shifter setup. Please note that factory Duramax shifters use a splined design, so these knobs are not a direct replacement for a stock shifter. These knobs are designed to fit Diesels and Dirtbags shifters, or they can be used with a factory shifter if threads are welded onto the end of the shifter to allow installation.
