This replacement filter and gasket kit from Dorman is specifically designed to be used with the Dorman Replacement Transmission Pan (DOR-265-850). With Dorman's Pan design, it allows you to just simply replace the filter rather than the enitre pan. This helps to significantly reduce maintenance cost compared to the factory equipment.
