They are an excellent choice during an engine rebuild or performance upgrade, helping keep the cylinder heads securely clamped under the increased loads that come with higher horsepower, boost, and demanding towing applications. Made from 8740 chromoly steel with a black oxide finish for corrosion protection, each stud is engraved with the Dmax name and engineered to withstand the extreme temperatures and pressures found in a high-output diesel engine.
