DmaxStore Billet Heater Hose Connector 01-14 GM 6.6L Duramax LB7/LLY/LBZ/LMM/LML | 20-24 GM 6.6L Duramax L5P

Description

Replace a common Duramax coolant leak point with the DmaxStore Billet Heater Hose Connector. The factory plastic heater hose connectors can become brittle and crack after years of exposure to engine heat and vibration, eventually leading to coolant leaks. This upgraded connector replaces the failure-prone plastic design with a stronger billet-aluminum construction and an improved sealing system, making it a smart preventive upgrade when replacing hoses or addressing an existing leak. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum in the USA, the connector is built to withstand the heat and vibration that can cause the factory plastic version to fail. Machined dimples help retain the included clip during installation, while the improved X-style O-ring uses two sealing contact points to provide a more reliable seal. Each connector includes one billet heater hose connector, one retainer clip, and one pre-installed X-style O-ring. The connector is sold individually, with two required per truck, and is a direct-fit replacement.

About DMAXStore

DmaxStore is dedicated to one thing: helping GMC and Chevy Duramax diesel owners get the most out of their trucks. Since 2007, DmaxStore has built its reputation around Duramax-specific parts, performance upgrades, replacement components, and technical knowledge for diesel truck enthusiasts.

Rather than trying to cover every make and model, DmaxStore focuses specifically on the Duramax platform. That specialization allows the company to carefully select products for their quality, performance, fitment, and value while providing customers with knowledgeable support when choosing parts for their trucks.

Duramax Parts From People Who Know Duramax Trucks

DmaxStore was founded after its owner spent seven years working for one of the largest GM dealers in the United States, where he earned the GM Mark of Excellence award. That experience helped establish the foundation for a business centered entirely around the GMC and Chevy Duramax diesel community.

Today, DmaxStore offers parts and upgrades covering a wide range of Duramax applications, from the original LB7 through the latest generations of the L5P, along with Duramax-powered Colorado and Canyon applications. Their product selection includes everything from maintenance and replacement parts to fuel-system upgrades, suspension components, drivetrain parts, steering upgrades, engine performance products, and more.

Performance, Replacement & Upgrade Parts

Whether you're maintaining a high-mileage Duramax, restoring an older Silverado or Sierra, or building a truck for increased performance, DmaxStore offers products designed around the needs of diesel truck owners.
