"Carli does not stand behind their product. Ordered last week with one day shipping go to install ball joints and zerc fitting pops right off in half while greasing and cannot get other half out. Call their customer service not their problem and not covered under warranty. 50% off a new joint and itll get there when it gets there. Truck sitting in pieces catching rides to work! Wont invest in any further carli!"

2007 Mega Cab 2500
"After years of wanting to upgrade my suspension, I finally pulled the trigger. I decided on the Carli Commuter to get me started. Opted for the add-a-packs for the rear springs, extended Sway bar end links, and high clearance control arms. I will upgrade to other components later on down the road. As for my initial thoughts on the ride quality, I couldn't be more impressed! My truck rides so nice now. The first test drive I took it down a washboard gravel road full of pot holes and it soaked everything up! My truck was actually a joy to drive down a back road. My truck still has the 35" tires on 17" factory rims and barely has any tread. I can't wait to see how much better it rides when I put 37's on it. Overall, I highly recommend this system if you are looking at upgrading to Carli's stuff!"

"I purchased this kit as I needed both an on and off-road suspension to replace the old worn out stuff. Oh boy, does this make a difference! The only problem one may face is that you must have the OE upper front-end spring mounts. I was not aware of this. (I was also unaware of my truck having a front leveling kit either, got to love used!)"

I have installed the same system on my 2004 and my 2007 and it did correct the death wobble a 100% I did buy this systems at JCJ from California and when I saw you guys have it I decide to purchase from you guys because I have but small things from you and I can see your catalog pretty often to see what do I need to improve my truck drive ability. In my 2004 is a different ball joints they are Dina track but I am happy with them performant very happy with them too and is the first time I have purchased the extended control arms I am going to see how it works on this project if everything works like it supposed I will get two more sets for my 2004 and 2007 dodge rams."

- What is the hard number for payload capacity on these? I see the 15% less than the 2500 but there are several factors there.
- Great question, Duke. Carli considers these springs a light 3/4 ton spring with a maximum capacity of 1500 lbs. If auxiliary load support is needed, I would recommend pairing these springs with a set of their long travel air bags.
- Can adding castor help with front end wheel hop? On a 6inch lift w/ 37s
- Depending on what is causing it, yes these can help. Typically helping with death wobble and better drivability in general on lifted applications.
- Will this work on a dually 3500
- This will fit a dually application. -Mark

- The best way to ensure that either of these caster options are necessary is getting an alignment done to see where your current caster angle is at. Optimal Caster angle is 3-4 degree's of positive caster. -Mark
- On the stock Ram 2500 leaf springs their are 2 center bolts. Is there a hole in the middle for leaf springs with just one center bolt?
- Mopar uses 2 centering pins due to early applications with 1 centering pin shearing when the U bolts retaining the leaf pack to the axle came loose. Carli opts for 1 centering pin using a higher quality material. -Mark
