Description
Get rid of one of the common leak points on your 7.3L Powerstroke with this High Flow Non-EBPV Turbo Pedestal & Exhaust Housing. Designed to eliminate the factory Exhaust Back Pressure Valve (EBPV), this upgrade simplifies the turbo system while improving exhaust flow through the housing. By removing the EBPV components that can become problematic with age, you can reduce the risk of oil leaks and actuator-related failures while providing the turbocharger with a less restrictive path for exhaust flow. The result is a cleaner, more reliable turbo setup with improved airflow and better long-term performance.
The high-flow pedestal and exhaust housing are designed as a direct-fit replacement for the factory components, allowing the upgrade to be installed without modifications to the truck. Eliminating the EBPV assembly reduces unnecessary components in the turbo system, while the high-flow exhaust housing is designed to improve exhaust gas movement through the turbocharger. Built for the demands of the 7.3L Powerstroke, this setup provides a durable solution for replacing aging factory components.
Important Installation Requirement: The threaded port on the pedestal must be properly sealed prior to installation. Failure to adequately seal this port can result in leaks, improper operation, and potential engine performance issues.
