The passenger-side HPOP line is a critical part of your high-pressure oil system, and a failing line can lead to poor fuel pump performance, reduced power, or even catastrophic engine damage. This Passenger HPOP Line is a direct replacement for your factory line. It comes with all new genuine Brennan fittings and uses DuPont Teflon lining just like OEM. Rated for a burst pressure of 16,000 PSI and a working pressure of 5,000 PSI, this line handles engine temperatures up to 400°F. High-quality Viton O-rings ensure long-lasting, leak-free performance, and they’re made in the USA in CNC Fabrication’s own shop! What makes this line more than just a replacement is the attention to detail. The fittings are numbered for correct installation. Unlike cheap hydraulic hose alternatives, this line is designed for the thermal cycling and pressures of the 7.3L Powerstroke engine, ensuring reliable performance under extreme conditions. If you’re not confident installing it yourself, a qualified technician is recommended. Please Note: Remove the spring checks in the pump under the stock fittings before installing.

Installation & Safety Notes

Disconnect battery grounds before installation to prevent arcing.
Fittings are numbered for correct installation; follow pictures for routing.
Ensure lines do not rub on wires or hoses; use wire loom or rubber at contact points.
Remove spring checks from the pump under the stock fittings; do not reinstall.
Torque Specs:
- Pump Fittings: 28 ft-lbs
- Head Fittings: 23 ft-lbs
- Hose Ends: 21 ft-lbs
If unsure, have a qualified technician install the line.
Do not use standard hydraulic hose. Only use this CNC Fab HPOP line designed for 7.3L engines.
