Light weight speed shifting demon of a clutch
"This clutch is great. I came from a dual disc valair and had zero complaints about that. I decided to go with this new clutchmasters because of it's weight. A standard valair or South bend dual disc is close to 125# . . this clutchmasters comes in at a puny 62# . And you can definitely tell just by how the truck starts . They package it extremely well in three separate boxes. Install is easy . Upon first drive it engaged nice and smooth. As time goes on it gets more aggressive. Street manners arnt that great , but it's also not a street clutch . . . My truck sees 2500 miles per month and none of them are easy miles. Does 4th gear boosted launches with ease . Chirps the tires between every gear . I tow with it too. it can a bare to get into gear from a dead stop though and backing up with a trailer is in 4 low to aid in the agressive nature. It is essentially an on off switch lol. Shifting speeds have improved as well. Especially with my Hurst short throw. All in all a great clutch and I look forward to clutchmasters future in the diesel world."
