Description
Clampco Spring-Loaded Clamps are designed to compensate for fluctuations in all types of hose line assemblies. When temperature and/or pressure changes cause hose lines to expand or contract, Clampco Spring-Loaded Clamps adjust accordingly to provide constant band tension. Several additional design advantages make Clampco clamps the preferred solution for critical applications. With 300 series stainless steel bands and trunnions, Clampco Spring-Loaded Clamps provide high strength and corrosion resistance. Solid bands prevent hose extrusions, and rounded band edges protect soft hose materials. Plus, a low amount of installation torque results in high band tension. Band tension, not installation torque, is what ultimately produces desired clamping force. Clampco Spring-Loaded Clamps are manufactured with the following components: 300 Series Stainless Steel Bands and Trunnions Floating Bridges Superior Two-piece Trunnions Zinc Plated T-Bolts and Nuts Measure the outside diameter (O.D.) of your final hose assembly. Recommended installation torque for both light and heavy-duty clamps is 50 in.-lbs.

Air to Air clamps

"Quality product, quick delivery"

Michael J. (5/5)

This is the first time

"This is the first time I am using Clampco hose clamps but the quality seems good so far. I upgraded all the hoses so I wanted to replace the 21 year old oem hose clamps. We will see how Clampco holds up compared to OEM?"

Scott J. (5/5)

I would by this item again if needed.

"worked great on my intercooler tube."

Valerie S. (5/5)

Best ever

"Best clamps ever"

Valerie S. (5/5)

If I ever need clamps like these I will definately get them

"Very beefy clamps. Didn't get them tight enough at first so I had boost leaks from the new upper intercooler boots and plenum boots I installed. Was worried about crushing the intake tube at first. They are also much larger overall than the stock ones. So positioning them was a bit of a pain, but patience and second and third looks made it all come together."

Esra (5/5)

Great quality

"Replace worn-out stock style clamp"

Gaby (5/5)

Clamps never slip when under boost (47psi in . . .

"Clamps never slip when under boost (47psi in mine). However, after removing and reinstalling the clamps by the intake horn the nut/sleeve piece stripped out. Tighten these down by hand, not using a driver/air gun."

Q&A

What size do you need for a 5.9 cummins I am replacing the radiator and hoses with Mishimoto
None of those are going to be small enough unfortunately. You are going to need. MISH-MMCLAMP-CTWG-66 for the 1.77 to 2.60 size. -Sands
